You’ve been wondering why you do & feel the things you do—why specific behaviors keep repeating, why you feel stuck, no matter how much you try to change. You’ve done the self-help books, the podcasts, maybe a few short-term therapy stints, but you still find yourself repeating the same patterns. I help curious, motivated people ready to go deeper than symptom management. Together, we’ll explore the hidden patterns, emotional blocks, & past experiences that still shape your present. Our work will be thoughtful & challenging in the best way — the kind of therapy that helps you grow in ways you didn’t know were possible. My approach blends Psychodynamic Therapy with elements of CBT, DBT, Black feminist theory, empowerment, and sociopolitical thought. This allows us to work at both a deep, exploratory level and a practical, skill-based level, always tailored to you. Therapy can be challenging at times—it asks you to face yourself honestly—but it can also be profoundly enriching and life-changing. I work best with clients who are ready to commit to weekly, twice-weekly, or thrice-weekly sessions, so we can create the momentum & depth needed for real transformation. If you’re ready to begin that journey, send me an email.

Female-first psychiatric care. If you’re navigating a new season of life—trying to conceive, pregnancy, or perimenopause—or looking for support with treatment of a specific condition such as PMS or PMDD, PCOS, ADHD, depression, or anxiety, I want to offer you the expertise, compassion, and genuine care you deserve. I am a Harvard-trained and board-certified psychiatrist specializing in women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry. Welcome! Thank you for being here. I'm so excited to get to know you and your nervous system. As a trauma and somatic therapist, I help women process unresolved trauma through a Somatic Experiencing framework while also helping them increase self-esteem, self-confidence, set healthy boundaries and ultimately live an intentional life outside of survival mode. I work with women experiencing anxiety, dissociation, trauma flashbacks/memories and psychosomatic symptoms. Psychosomatic symptoms include, muscle tension, burning sensations, non-epileptic seizures, heart palpitations, tightness in the throat, tingling, IBS, migraines, etc. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I work with your nervous system to help create safety in your body, increase the capacity for you to be with uncomfortable emotions/sensations, and discharge stored traumatic energy so that your nervous system can return to a more balanced state. If you're ready to connect with your body, somatic therapy is for you. I offer ongoing individual therapy sessions as well as DROP-IN sessions. Drop-in sessions are the perfect way to try out Somatic Experiencing without committing to ongoing therapy. To book your drop-in session, visit my website and book online. I'm looking forward to connecting with you soon! :)

Hi, I'm Caily and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for helping young adults feel empowered, understood, and supported. I earned my Master's degree from Bridgewater State University (2020) after completing my undergraduate degree at Emmanuel College (2017). I know therapy can feel intimidating at first, so I work hard to create a space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are. We’ll collaborate to define what you want to get out of therapy, and then break those goals into small, meaningful, and achievable steps. If you are interested in setting up an initial consult, please contact me via email or find me on Headway!

Is Therapy right for me? Therapy is an opportunity for you to explore, reflect upon, and work to overcome issues or circumstances in your life with someone who can be objective yet very much invested in you becoming stronger, healthier, and happier. Counseling as a process is meant to challenge you to face and work through any difficulties you are experiencing because of either past, present, or future concerns. It is typically a weekly meeting between you and your counselor that gives you the space to have an open dialogue about what you are facing, confront your feelings in a more honest way, or to decide how you want to approach solving a problem in your life. The length of counseling is unique for each individual, depending upon on your needs and goals. Essentially, the counseling process is driven by you. We have two therapists at our facility, Bushra Husain, DSW LCSW, Maryum Khwaja, LCSW.
