Jocelyn Long
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Art Therapists
- Licensed Professional Counselors
- Pre-Licensed Professionals
As an art therapist, I use creativity as a way to help people better understand themselves, manage stress, and work through difficult emotions. Art therapy can be especially helpful for people who may have a hard time putting their feelings or experiences into words. Through creating, connecting, and working together, art therapy can help individuals navigate challenges, explore their identity, and build confidence.
I have experience working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. Whether you are dealing with a specific challenge, processing a difficult experience, or simply looking for ways to improve your emotional well-being, art therapy can be a supportive space to explore and grow.
Feel free to reach out if you have questions or would like to connect!
