Anna Maria Skiotis LMHC
I provide daytime virtual appointments to adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, substance abuse, and other co-occurring, diagnoses.
You’d be a good fit for my practice if you are feeling sad, isolated, stressed, concerned for your mental health, or otherwise overwhelmed with daily life.
I will welcome you to a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to be yourself and speak openly.
Together, we’ll take a closer look at what you’re going through, gain perspective, identify manageable goals, and take steps towards meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices to help you progress. Most of my clients report gradual yet meaningful improvements, and decreased mental health symptoms within 30 days.
I'm accepting new clients and I offer a free brief consultation so we can get to know each other a little bit.
I can be reached through email, phone: (617) 214-1846, or via my website.
